Learn advanced hospitality skills

Our comprehensive courses range from Certificate, Diploma and Advanced Diplomas in culinary skills, cookery, and patisserie, hospitality management, general or Hotel Operations. We want to prepare our hospitality students to work in first-class hotels and thus we offer them advanced skills through our Hospitality Courses. Having gone through ANIBT, you can also confidently start your own restaurant or small hotel business because you will have the right skills to run it professionally.

Work Based Training (WBT) is an activity undertaken in an actual workplace as opposed to the classroom by a learner to allow them to put theory into practice. This is a mandatory part of the learner’s qualification.

All hospitality qualifications have a WBT component. The learner must complete 160 hours satisfactorily to gain a qualification. This WBT will take place in a hospitality establishment that ANIBT has a signed written agreement with. Depending on the learner’s stream of study it will influence where and what WBT he/she will undertake, it could be in a kitchen, restaurant, bar, housekeeping or reception.
